Enterprise Tamar is a non-profit making organisation, started in 1983 to provide free, confidential and independent business advice to everyone. We have expanded over the years and now have training centres in Launceston, Bodmin and Holsworthy.

Specialist Youth Programmes


Our Freestyle, New Deal and E2E programmes are aimed at young people aged 14-25 and offer the opportunity to engage in a range of activities aimed at improving confidence, motivation and life and employment skills whilst learning new skills and working towards qualifications. These programmes involve a combination of structured learning and fun activities which include:

  • Computers

  • Maths & English

  • Driving Theory and Practical

  • First Aid

  • Cooking

  • Life Skills and Personal Development

  • Employment skills and Into Work Preparation

Support to improve literacy and numeracy

Employability programmes including CV creating and job search activities

Specialist youth provision for young people aged 14-25

Free help and support to access on-line public services

Business support and training

Outreach skills development programmes for people with disabilities
